How long we retain your data

Data collected via our website will be stored indefinitely unless otherwise stated, or unless you request deletion.

For data collected via our research surveys, Personally Identifying Information will be destroyed no more than 30 days after our correspondence end. Other data will be anonymized and stored indefinitely for the purposes of marketing and research.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us via our website or surveys.
